Dispatch and delivery
Orders are manually prepared for dispatch. The applicable dispatch estimate is shown after your delivery address is accepted at checkout; courier and destination conditions may affect arrival.

Address and serviceability
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate Indian delivery address. A valid pincode does not by itself confirm courier serviceability. If an address cannot be served, customer care will contact the customer about cancellation and refund.

Transit issue and 30-day replacement
Auriva guarantees a replacement for a product that arrives damaged or leaking when the issue is reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Retain the product and outer packaging, take clear photos or video and contact customer care with the order number.
