Auriva guarantees a replacement for products received damaged or leaking when reported within 30 calendar days of delivery, without limiting rights available under Indian law.
Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. Submit a Cancellation support ticket or email cancellations@aurivamanure.com immediately with the order number and checkout email. A request is not complete until Auriva confirms that dispatch has not occurred and accepts the cancellation. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled through this route.
Auriva is responsible for checking dispatch status, recording an accepted cancellation, arranging any authorised return or replacement, and initiating an eligible refund. The customer is responsible for providing accurate order details, retaining the product and packaging when requested, and following the return instructions. The delivery partner transports the shipment; Auriva remains the customer-facing contact for transit issues.
For an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original online payment method. For a 50% advance order, only the amount actually collected online is refundable; an unpaid delivery balance is cancelled rather than refunded. A cash-on-delivery order has no payment to refund before collection. Bank or payment-provider processing time begins after Auriva initiates the refund.
If a product is delivered damaged or leaking, report it to Auriva customer care within 30 calendar days of delivery. After the order and damage are verified, Auriva will replace the affected product without an additional product charge.
Keep the original product, primary pack, outer shipping material and label until support confirms the next step. Share the order number and clear photos or video showing the damage or leakage.
If an eligible replacement is impossible or unavailable, Auriva will provide a refund for the affected product or another remedy required by law. Incorrect or materially misdescribed products continue to be reviewed under applicable consumer rights.
A used or opened product is not automatically eligible for a change-of-mind return. Product concerns are reviewed on their facts and may require visible batch information. Do not send a product without return instructions.
